Amanda was readily available by phone, text, and video chat whenever I contacted her from my state of Ohio. She was very knowledgeable with the current market value for properties in the Destin area. She respectfully kept within my budget. Amanda also assisted my bank loan officer in arranging a very quick closing in order to take advantage of the prime tourism timeframe. She located a property with an extremely low HOA fee just a block from the beach. Amanda went out of her way to familiarize me with the area along with the local venues, shopping and attractions. She also recommended a fantastic, affordable and trustworthy local handyman to make some needed updates. Lastly Amanda was very familiar with the short term rental market for the Destin area tourism industry. This allowed us to decide on a property guaranteeing rental income for my husband and I when we were not using the condo. I am in the real estate business myself and traded, sold and rented well over 100 properties in my life so far, but i never had a better realtor than Amanda by a long shot!

We bought our first investment property in Florida with Amandas great help the other week and she was just amazing! Responded within 15 Minutes to any call, short message or mail!
